For a period not to exceed 5 years from the date of purchase, Metallic Ladder Mfg. Corp. (“Metallic”) will repair or replace any defect resulting from materials and/or workmanship for products manufactured by Metallic and purchased in the United States that are the subject of ordinary and personal or commercial use.
This warranty is non-transferable and available only to the consumer who originally purchased the product.
Repair or Replace
In the event that after review by Metallic the product is found to be defective, at Metallic’s discretion they will repair or replace the product at no charge to the customer. In the event that Metallic chooses to repair the product, it may use either new or reconditioned replacement parts. If the product is to be replaced, Metallic has the option to replace it with a new or reconditioned unit of the same or similar design.
To obtain warranty service for the product, the purchaser must first provide proof of the date and place of purchase of the product. Two options are provided for warranty service:
- Authorized dealer service: The purchaser may only obtain warranty service from an authorized dealer after prior written approval has been granted to Metallic Ladder Mfg. Corp. However, if warranty service is provided by an authorized dealer, Metallic’s obligation is limited to providing all required parts under warranty free of charge to the customer. Metallic is not responsible for, nor will it pay any charges assessed by the dealer for their services to the customer.
- Return to Metallic: The purchaser may obtain warranty service work by returning the product, freight prepaid to: 41 S. Washington Street, Randolph, NY 14772 Upon completion of repair or replacement of the product, Metallic will return the product to the purchaser free of charge.
